My dad moved us tio the Middle East when we were 6, 9, and 13. There are pros and cons to moving when as a child or as a teenager. For children they adapt much faster to the new environment and it won&#39;t affect their academics so much. On the negative side, they won&#39;t remember much. As for teenagers they take longer to adapt and find it difficult to be apart from their social group back home. Plus there is the issue of missing school.
